Use of the Service
Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to use our Service.
Keyboard Access
Our app requires "Full Access" permissions strictly for providing text transformations and analytics improvements.
Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are managed via Apple's billing system and RevenueCat.
- Keep payment info accurate and current
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through Apple ID settings
User Conduct
You agree to responsibly use our Service and not to:
- Break laws or regulations
- Produce harmful or abusive content
- Disrupt or circumvent app security measures
Intellectual Property
We retain all intellectual property rights related to the Service, including all software and branding.
Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with Groq, RevenueCat, and TelemetryDeck. By using VibeSwitch, you accept these third parties' policies.
Liability and Warranty
The Service is provided "as-is," without explicit or implied warranties. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
