Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the VibeSwitch iOS keyboard app and related services (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use the Service.

How the Service Works

VibeSwitch is an AI-powered keyboard that transforms text when you explicitly request it (for example, by tapping a style). Network access (Allow Full Access) is required to contact our backend to produce these transformations.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any output. Do not rely on the Service for legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break laws or regulations
  • Generate or share content that is harassing, hateful, or abusive
  • Impersonate others or attempt to deceive people
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Service
  • Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service

Subscriptions and Billing

Purchases are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscription management (including entitlement status) is handled using RevenueCat.

  • Weekly subscription: $2.99/week, auto-renewing unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Free tier: 5 lifetime uses (transformations) are available on the free tier.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties to operate, including Supabase (backend/Edge Functions), OpenRouter (AI gateway), and RevenueCat (subscriptions). Your use of the Service may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

We retain all intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software and branding.

Liability and Warranty

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Changes to Terms

Terms may change periodically; significant changes will be notified clearly within the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by United States law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.
